You can send emails with attachments as one of the steps in your LP.
To send emails with or without an attachment, ou can add a system process in your LP named - "Send mail thru SMTP with/without an attachment" and specify the details for all the parameters asked by the system like To, CC, BCC & From Email Addresses, SMTP Server address, SMTP Authentication details, Attachment, Subject and Message body.
Some of the parameters, if pre-defined by your Administrator, will automatically be filled by the system. These parameters are From Email Address, SMTP Server and Authentication details. From Email Address is the email address specified by the Administrator in your User Profile details. SMTP Server and Authentication details are maintained using Global Settings under Administrator options. |
