The purpose of the Functional Requirements document is to define the functions that the system must be able to perform successfully, i.e. what the system must do. It provides the foundation for the detailed design and development of the software application.

Once the Functional Requirements have been agreed, our team will subsequently develop Functional Specifications that outline all the functions that need to be enabled by a technology – or a combination of technologies.
